Take the most popular house of the week as a prime example. It’s technically a castle in Indiana, but it’s really just a royal mess.
From the outside, it looks like everything you would expect to see in a castle: it is a fortified structure with the exterior of a fortress and a concrete courtyard. But upon closer examination, this is really just a run down and cluttered project that is in desperate need of a royal savior. It’s the kind of place you can’t help but click when shared online.
On what is practically another planet, but still occupies our same list, is the lavish Pasadena, Calif. Mansion sold by the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star. Erika Girardi and her ex-husband, Tom girardi. It was slashed by $ 1.5 million after a devastating documentary about Tom’s alleged financial embezzlement was released on Hulu.
Less chic but still spectacular is a Virginia ranch house decorated by someone with extreme taste and courage to match.
