5 incredible treehouses you can rent outside of Montreal

To note: As parks, stores and local events reopen across the province, Santé Quebec is reminding individuals to monitor their health for signs and symptoms of COVID-19. If you are not feeling well, they recommend that you stay home at this time. If you decide to go outside, follow the two-meter physical distance guidelines and wear a face cover or mask in public.

Considering everything that has happened, packing a few things and sneaking out for a treehouse stay really doesn’t seem like a bad idea these days.

No longer exclusively suited to a young child in their backyard, tree houses are now marketed as the perfect retreat for couples.

As luxury treehouses have popped up across the province, they are rustic, secluded, and the perfect outdoor getaway for any Montrealer.

We did a bit of rock climbing on Airbnb and found cozy treehouses within three hours of town and a perfect oasis to swap bustling city life for a peaceful rural stay in the woods. Literally.
