1. SPECIAL CONDITIONS

1.1 Cross Reward Terms apply to all Linked Members. Linking your accounts constitutes acceptance of these Cross Reward Terms by Linked Members.

1.2 The definitions in clause 2 apply to these Cross Rewards Terms.

1.3 In the event of any conflict between the ALL Program Membership Terms and Conditions, the QFFP Terms and these Cross-Rewards Terms in relation to Cross-Rewards, the Cross-Rewards Terms shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

1.4 Qantas and Accor reserve the right to make changes (whether material or not) to the Cross Rewards Terms, including changes:

(a) rewards or benefits, including the continued availability of rewards or benefits;

(c) restrictions on earning and/or redeeming Qantas Points or Reward Points.

1.5 Accor and Qantas will use their best efforts to notify Linked Members of material changes to these Cross Rewards Terms and, where possible, will give Linked Members at least 30 days notice by posting the updated Cross Rewards Terms on their respective websites.

5. SCORING SCALES AND PROCEDURES

5.1 While staying at a Participating Hotel in the geographic areas listed below, Associate Members who have completed a Qualifying Stay will earn: (a) Reward Points and Tier Points typically earned by ALL Members when Eligible Stay in Asia-Pacific (Australia, Cambodia, China including Hong Kong SAR and Macau SAR, Fiji, French Polynesia, Indonesia, Japan, Laos, Malaysia, Maldives, Mongolia, Myanmar, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore , South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam), in accordance with the ALL Program Membership Terms and Conditions; and(b) Qantas Points at the following rate: Each dollar (AUD) of Qualifying Spend (Hotels) earns three (3) Qantas Points.

5.2 When flying a qualifying flight which is both Qantas marketed and operated by Qantas, Linked Members will earn: (a) Qantas Points and Tier Credits which are typically earned by QFF Members when flying a qualifying flight in accordance with the QFFP conditions; and (b) reward points which will be credited to their ALL Loyalty Program account as set out in the table below:

5.3 If you purchase your Ticket in a currency other than AUD, Qantas will convert the amount into AUD. This amount in AUD will be used to calculate the reward points you earn.

5.4 For itineraries that involve multiple flights, eligible expenses (flights) will be calculated based on the proportion of distance for each eligible flight.

5.5 In order for Reward Points and Qantas Points earned in connection with a stay at a Participating Hotel to be credited, the Linked Member must provide their ALL Loyalty Program card number when booking and present their ALL Loyalty Program card to the hotel reception upon check-in. in the hotel.

5.6 In order for Qantas Points and Rewards Points to be credited when taking an Eligible Flight, the Linked Member must provide their QFF Program Member Number when booking their flight or at check-in.

5.7 Subject to these Cross-Rewards Terms, Linked Members may be entitled to Cross-Rewards for Eligible Stays and Eligible Flights taken after linking their Accounts.

5.8 Cross Rewards will only be available as long as the person remains a Linked Member. If a person unlinks their Member Accounts, they are no longer eligible for Cross-Rewards.

5.9 Reward Points and Qantas Points will normally be credited to the Member’s account within 6 weeks of the end of the relevant holiday or flight.

5.10 Cross Rewards only apply to qualifying stays and qualifying flights. No Qantas points or reward points are earned for canceled flights or canceled stays.

5.11 Cross Rewards do not apply to any other Accor stay or Qantas flight. Usual terms of sale/service or carriage continue to apply to each hotel and flight.

5.12 If qualifying spend (flights) is not immediately available before your rewards points are credited, your rewards points will be calculated in proportion to the base Qantas points (excluding bonuses) you have earned on that qualifying flight as follows :
(a) Platinum, Diamond and above ALL members and Qantas Platinum and above QFF members – 2 reward points earned for every 10 Qantas points if travel was Business or First Class, 1 reward point earned for every 10 Qantas Points if travel was in Economy Class or Premium Economy Class.(a)(b) Gold Members of ALL – 1 reward point earned for every 10 Qantas Points if travel was in Business or First Class, 1 reward point earned for 20 Qantas points if travel was in Economy or Premium Economy class.
