Airbnb announces the biggest travel change in a decade
Airbnb will finally give you guaranteed protection on your next booking.
This is just one of three big changes announced overnight by the online platform that allows you to book and list accommodation.
The enhanced protection is called AirCover for customers, and it’s the first time the company has offered a comprehensive product for travelers.

Susan Wheeldon, Country Manager for Australia and New Zealand, told Sunrise the changes will give Australians peace of mind.
“All of these new product announcements are about making it easier for Australians to find amazing places to go and to have the security and comfort of knowing that when they book they’ll get exactly what they paid for,” he said. said Wheeldon. .
The new changes come on top of the 150 upgrades made to the platform last year.
