A charming cottage with a unique decor theme in Austin, Texas managed to land a top spot on a popular Airbnb listing last month.

Chicken Coop Tiny Cottage has won the title of “Most Hospitable” in the Lone Star State. Airbnb listings include the best vacation homes in each state.
To earn the coveted title, each Airbnb home must meet certain standards, according to the site, including:
-
“Hosts had to have achieved 100% 5-star ratings in the following categories: cleanliness, check-in and communication.
-
“Minimum number of notices to 100.”
Chicken Coop Tiny Cottage has a 4.98 rating with 367 reviews as of August 9.

The studio is conveniently located near downtown Austin and has a lovely decor theme – but no real chickens, unfortunately.

“The chicken decor makes a peaceful nest to perch on,” the listing on Airbnb reads. “The 160 square foot chalet is comfortable but efficiently furnished for all your needs and comfort. The tranquil and private courtyard / flowers provide a great place to relax after a long day pecking around Austin. Get up with the chickens (or not!) And enjoy a hot coffee or tea in the privacy of your little henhouse.

The hosts seemed excited about the news, according to Dallas Culture Map.

“After being informed of this honor, (one of the hosts) told us that their high cleaning standards were passed down from his father, who owned a cleaning products business. As a result, they now employ an exceptional cleaner who is just as picky as them, ”Airbnb said in a press release, Dallas Culture Map reported.
The host also gave this advice: “If it looks a bit worn, replace it. Have two of everything in case you don’t have time to clean it in between, ”according to the Airbnb statement.

The cost of a cabin vacation is $ 73 per night.
