Airbnb is offering a $ 5 night in the SCREAM house for Halloween

SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) – In October, Airbnb brings the ultimate immersive Halloween scare.

You and three other people can stay overnight at the SCREAM house for just $ 5, the company said. They allow three different groups to book for the nights of October 27, 29 and 31.

The Marin County, Calif., Home will be laid out as it was in 1996 – with Ghostface’s knife marks etched into the doors. There’s even a phone that can ring with a cryptic call from the killer himself.

Start your spooky evening with a virtual recording with Sheriff Dewey Riley (played by David Arquette), who will give you some warnings to stay safe from Ghostface all night long.

Once you’ve explored the estate, you can sit back on the sofa for a marathon of VHS films from all four SCREAM films, with a kitchen stocked with snacks and pizza.

If you survive the night, you’ll come home with unique SCREAM products, like a DVD bundle, Woodsboro High School materials, and SCREAM 2022 release posters, Airbnb said.

Hopefully the weird and fun experience doesn’t end in fear of COVID-19 – the company said its on-site staff will follow suit safety instructions like wearing a mask and social distancing.

Reservation requests open October 12 at 10:00 a.m. PT / 1:00 p.m. ET at this link. Guests are responsible for their own transportation, and it’s only open to U.S. residents, according to Airbnb.
