Albrighton success story M3 is celebrating a banner year for its Birmingham office after winning a string of new contracts.

The full-service advertising agency launched its presence in Birmingham just over three years ago and has built up a global client list that generates over £1.2m of the £8m of annual company billing.

Specializing in executing creative and digital marketing campaigns, the agency’s second-largest base has added five new jobs in recent months and plans to move soon to larger offices that can accommodate up to 30 people. talented.

It marks what has been an exciting period of growth for the business and comes just weeks after it completed its leadership team with the appointment of Emma Bowen as Group Account Director.

The highly skilled film, television and radio studies graduate brings with her two decades of experience in the media and marketing worlds, including heading Adgen for four years.

She will be charged with the exciting challenge of helping to recruit, shape, develop and manage the most effective customer service team in the UK, as well as ensuring discussed, well-executed and results-driven marketing campaigns for b2b and b2c accounts.

M3 provides brand development, creative, digital marketing, media planning and web development services to a host of clients including Capstone Foster Care, MG Motor UK Ltd and West Midland Safari Park.

Investment in the latest technology, new talent and strategically placed offices will see it achieve billings of £8million this year, with the plan to more than double by 2025.

Emma, ​​who cites starting her own embroidery business as one of her greatest accomplishments, added: “When I decided to return to agency life, I knew M3 was the place to go. I wanted to be.

Emma’s appointment is the latest in a series of high profile additions to M3’s management team, with Steve Price and Dave Gayson joining as Chief Creative Officer and Chief Performance Officer respectively.
