If you haven’t read the Vaccinated Travel Pathways (VTL) arrangement yet, here’s a TL; DR. With the VTL arrangement, it is now possible for fully vaccinated Singapore residents to travel, without quarantine, to countries covered by the arrangement. Each destination country has its own requirements for the admission of travelers, but here we have a handy guide to cover the various considerations Singapore residents should be aware of before booking vacation travel.
After the announcement of the VTL, Singapore Airlines and Airbnb saw their traffic increase of Singapore residents, so one thing is for sure, the appetite for travel has not gone away, just suppressed.

Brunei imposed an entry ban for all foreign visitors, including transit passengers, from March 24, 2020 until further notice. However, foreign visitors wishing to enter Brunei must obtain prior approval from the Department of Immigration and National Registration of Brunei.
