Avian Signs Exclusive Surplus Spare Parts Inventory Agreement with Embraer

Avian Inventory Management, together with York Aerospace Solutions III as the sole financial partner, has signed an agreement with Embraer for the exclusive rights to purchase, market and distribute surplus commercial and business jet aircraft parts Embraer.
The Avian Distribution Center will supply products to all aircraft operators and maintenance and repair stations worldwide, providing a single point of access.
Created from the ground up specifically to meet Embraer’s long-term spare parts strategy, Avian will consolidate all of Embraer’s global surplus spare parts inventory into its new plant in Orlando, Florida.

Operations and sales are expected to begin in the first quarter of 2022.
In addition to Embraer, Avian has physically integrated channel partners into its operation to act as customer-facing entities. DASI, UNICAL Aviation and Regional Airline Support Group were named from a wide range of interested parties, as each brought extensive market reach, years of product experience and, most importantly, a demonstrated desire to support customers. from Embraer.

End users will have access to all Avian inventory through Embraer’s usual sales channels in addition to each of the three select distribution partners. Operators will still be able to check parts availability through Embraer’s channels to order spares.
