Buffalo Bill’s House from the Silence of the Lambs is now on Airbnb

However, you may not remember that the only reason Starling interacts with Lecter is to track down Jame ‘Buffalo Bill’ Gumb (masterfully played by Ted Levine) and hopefully save his latest victim, the young Catherine Martin (Brooke Smith) before she injured herself. her white poodle-like puppy named Precious.

Located in a quiet neighborhood of Perryopolis, Pennsylvania, about 30 miles south of Pittsburgh, this unassuming property played a sensational supporting role in the hit adaptation of Thomas Harris’s 1991 novel, firmly cementing the role of ‘Hannibal Lecter in contemporary pop culture.
