Camden Town Brewery hits the road to serve 23,000 pints of iconic lager

Independent producer Camden Town Brewery is taking its popular ales to the streets this summer with fun events in six UK cities where it will serve 23,000 pints to drinkers. After a debut last year, the brewer is bringing back its Tank Party Tour in response to public demand.

As well as stops in Manchester, Leeds, Liverpool and Bristol, Camden will visit Newcastle before returning to the Home of Hells in London for the Grand Final. The events bring unfiltered Hells Lager straight from the Camden brewery to the taste buds of lager lovers across the UK.

Poured straight from the tanks for ultimate freshness, Camden will serve 135 HL of beer (23,000 pints) during the tour. It will also take over the taps to pour pints of Pale Ale and Off Menu IPA.

The Camden Party also includes tasty food and cool entertainment to go along with that delicious tank beer. Once guests have explored the menu, a host of creative workshops and activities will be offered to make the Tank Party experience even more special. Camden has recruited top local DJs, live performers and even marching bands.

Holly Gibson, Head of Brand Activations and Experiences at Camden Town Brewery, said: “After taking Tank Party across the country for the very first time last year, we’ve been overwhelmed with the response and can’t wait to get back on the road for the 2022 Tank Party Tour.

“Working for a brewery, we get the amazing experience of drinking straight from the brewery tanks, the freshest beer you’ll ever taste. That’s one of the reasons we started Tank Party 10 years ago, inviting Camden fans to share this experience with us, tasting the freshest unfiltered hells straight from the reservoirs.“
