Edinburgh’s Stunning Airbnb Lets You Spend the Night in a Chic Country Haven
An amazing Edinburgh Airbnb has been advertised that could offer you an idyllic countryside getaway, and it’s just a 20-minute drive from the city center.
Tucked away in Kirkliston, the sleek and modern pad looks like something out of a home and interiors magazine, with the chic decor giving it serious five-star reviews. Named the ‘Black Studio’, the one bedroom apartment has been purpose built as a new outbuilding on a local estate and is surrounded by rolling fields.
Described as a “secluded” location ideal for a relaxing getaway, the rental features a huge outdoor deck overlooking the Pentland Hills for guest enjoyment.

The apartment is even set up for rainy days, with the huge “panoramic window” facing the living room and bed so you can watch the sky open up. What’s more, the studio is currently being marketed for less than £100 per night, which is cheaper than a host of hotels and budget accommodation in the city centre.
Speaking on Airbnb, host James said: “Black Studio is located on the edge of fields in the northwest of Edinburgh, 8 miles from the city center and 2 miles from historic South Queensferry.

“The studio is secluded yet well located for trips to Edinburgh city, the airport and the main roads to the rest of Scotland. The studio has a large bay window, private terrace overlooking over the fields and hills of Pentland.”
