Tig Admaid in County Kerry is a cottage that was built in the 1950s so there is a mix of modern and old elements.

The property can accommodate up to seven people with three bedrooms and costs € 140. Located in Kenmare County, Kerry, the location is a good mix of rural and urban. The small town is only a short drive away as it is surrounded by the beach, woods and even a waterfall, which would be very Instagramable.

The hot tub is built into the patio that surrounds the property, so if we’re being honest we’ll probably be spending most of the time soaking in the hot tub while taking in the ocean views.

Another top rated cottage is on the Ring of Kerry. Skellig Rest won the ranking of the best places to stay on the Emerald Islands so we had to include it in our list.

The cottage is hidden away in the Ring of Kerry which guarantees breathtaking views. With a view of the ocean and the Skelling Rocks (where Star Wars was filmed) this cottage gives you the best view of the sky and is said to be the only place in Ireland where you will see more stars in the sky. sky than anywhere else on the Island.

It comes with two single beds and a double bed, a warm fireplace, an independent kitchen and a living room for only 140 €. And of course, we cannot forget the hot tub which offers a view of the surrounding mountains.

And finally, County Tipperary has so much to offer and this AirBnb built in the 1840s is one of them. Gary’s Barn in County Tipp has been recently renovated, so there is old charm mixed with modern personality.

The hot tub is under a canopy for more privacy, but being surrounded by beautiful countryside I don’t think you can get much more privacy.

The owners of the property live next door and are happy to share their knowledge of the area and help plan your adventures.
