Property prices in Glasgow are on the rise and competition for buyers is fierce.
Apartments in the south of the city are experiencing a boom, with rising demand which in turn has driven up property prices.
Many properties on offer in Shawlands are a pipe dream to some now that rates are rising.

According Zooplathe average selling price over the past 12 months stands at £203,305 while individual properties are selling for an average of £395,651.
But despite the high prices, that’s not stopping people from looking and buying and according to the latest data two and three bedroom properties are the most sought after in Glasgow.
Here are the most viewed properties in Glasgow according to Zoopla.
Two bedroom bungalow in Cambuslang
Upstairs is a cozy two-bedroom bungalow in Cambuslang.
For the first time in 36 years, this charming property is on the market for offers in excess of £265,000.
