Minut partners with Hostfully to make property management more efficient

Worldwide: Real Estate Technology Company Minut has teamed up with Property management system Hostfully to make noise management easier for hosts and managers around the world.

Integration with Hostfully is designed to help customers resolve noise issues quickly and efficiently while minimizing the time and resources required, as well as making communication with customers more efficient.

Minut offers a range of monitoring features that help hosts and property managers manage their rentals remotely, with noise monitoring being the most popular. In addition to tracking sound levels, Minut also provides automations that help improve the guest experience and resolve noise issues when they arise.

When connecting their Minut account to Hostfully, the booking information syncs automatically, saving property managers valuable time and avoiding potential mistakes when manually entering guest information.

Minut’s Guest Connect feature can text and / or call guests when the business detects noise. It can also send scheduled check-in and check-out messages to guests.

Integration with Hostfully will ensure Minut has the right contact details for guests at all times – with no effort required on the part of the host or their team.

Nils Mattisson, co-founder and CEO of Minut, said: “Facilitating the day-to-day operations of hosts and property managers is at the heart of what we do at Minut. By partnering with Hostfully, we can ensure that hosts and property managers spend less time doing manual labor and more time looking after their guests and growing their business.

With our new Minut integration, we are able to offer our managers peace of mind with noise monitoring and customer communication features.
