One Perfect Stay seeks to expand in the Middle East and Europe

Dubai: To mark the fifth anniversary of its launch, luxury short-term rental property management company One Perfect Stay has announced its intention to expand its operations in the Middle East and Europe.

The company presented its strategy to locate in Abu Dhabi and Ras al Khaimah in the United Arab Emirates. [UAE], Riyadh in Saudi Arabia, Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia and in European destinations including Istanbul [Turkey] and London [England].

Speaking to SME10x, One Perfect Stay founder Mahwussh Alam added that she is also looking to secure between $ 2 million and $ 3 million in venture capital funding to facilitate the company’s expansion in Asia and in Europe.

Alam told SME10X: “We believe that if we are to move at a faster pace after Covid when travel is about to open up with pent-up demand, we need to have more capital to catch up with the growth.

“Currently, we are looking to raise funds to achieve the next level of growth. We’re more interested in cities that have the infrastructure, like apartments and houses, and where owners and guests have the mindset of being part of a sharing economy.

“We think cities like Abu Dhabi and Ras al Khaimah in the United Arab Emirates; Riyadh in Saudi Arabia and other global destinations such as Kuala Lumpur, Istanbul and London provide a conducive environment where we can rapidly expand our business. These cities are the next global growth markets for us, ”she added.

Now managing up to 200 properties in its portfolio, One Perfect Stay was co-founded without external venture capital funding, and Alam looks to the future and how to continue to grow the company’s independent booking platform.

She said: “The short-term rental industry is experiencing massive demand as vacationers, residents, owners and investors recognize the benefits it offers in a new kind of world. By investing in the well-being of people, be it our employees, owners and customers, we have been able to create a high short term rental experience with a personal touch.

“Having mastered one of the largest hotel regions, we look forward to expanding this model to new regions soon,” she added.
