Project of the week: Hard Rock Hotel Letná Prague
Promising to bring the famous energy of Hard Rock to the Czech capital, Hard Rock Hotel Letná Prague is a deserved winner of our final Project of the Week title.
This newly built five-star hotel will welcome guests in 523 music-inspired rooms and suites and offer memorable views of Letná Park and Prague Castle from the rooftop Sky Bar.
Music inspired design
Hard Rock International and developer EP Real Estate are eagerly awaiting the launch of this major new hotel, which will be located a short walk from Prague’s historic Old Town.
The project combines the considerable expertise of architect Pelcak and Partner and interior designer Fuse Studios. Other notable contributors include Technical Arts (lighting and audiovisual), Momentum (guidance), Emmaüs Consulting (planning cost advice), Gleeds (project management and lead cost consultant), Tricon (catering design and Laundry), Parker International (purchasing) and Kevin Barry Fine Art (art consultant).
This future hotel will feature 523 luxurious rooms and suites, the rooftop Sky Bar offering stunning city views and a sixth-floor specialty restaurant with a south-facing terrace overlooking the Vltava River valley. In addition, guests can re-energize at the all-day dining sessions, featuring an ingredient-based menu, and at the Constant Grind Coffee & Bar for coffee and light snacks during the day or signature cocktails. night.
An immersive hotel experience
In the new property, there will be a ballroom with a capacity of 1,800 and 59,000 square feet of meeting space, complemented by the expansive Woodstock Lawn outside. Other facilities will include a rooftop pool and full-service Rock Spa, as well as the Body Rock Fitness Center, Rock Shop, and @Biz Business Center.
Rooms, including the brand’s signature Rock Star Suite, will feature in-room programs such as the Rock On Musical Yoga Program and The Sound of Your Stay allowing guests to use guitars, amps and headphones Fender.
The Hard Rock theme will also be reflected in the property’s signature three-story wall, manifesting sound waves with LED lines, which can be enjoyed from the 17-meter-high atrium lobby bar. In addition to the on-site lifestyle offering, a Hard Rock Sports Bar decorated with sports memorabilia will be located next to the hotel.
The program is expected to open in the first quarter of 2024.
