As CEO of Rentyl Resorts, Nicholas (Nick) Falcone is a busy man and a disruptor in the hospitality industry. Around the world, Rentyl Resorts combine the comforts of home with the services of a resort. Falcone explains that in an Airbnb, you might get a big house, but it lacks a resort experience. “We combine the best of both worlds,” he says. “Enjoy spacious, upscale accommodations with the amenities of a resort.”
Rentyl Resorts started in 2017. By the end of 2021, they had 450 homes on the Rentyl platform just in Orlando. But in 2022, they had 12,000 homes in over 20 international and domestic markets.
“We accomplished a lot in a short time,” he says. “We look forward to continuing this growth in 2023.”
Each luxury resort in the Rentyl portfolio caters to different clients, whether they are planning an upscale vacation getaway, a family reunion or a corporate retreat. Falcone received his undergraduate degree from Florida State University. He runs the business with his two younger brothers, Matt and Daniel. “We all have different skills that complement each other well.”
