Pete Tuffo will continue as President of Florida Gulf Coast and will take on the additional responsibility of Director of National Gaming and Entertainment. Mr. Tuffo’s deep roots and connections on the Florida Gulf Coast, as well as his experience managing complex projects will position Suffolk for long-term success in this region. Mr. Tuffo’s successful management of casino projects, such as the Seminole Hard Rock Hotels in Hollywood and Tampa, and his strong customer relationships in the gaming industry will help position Suffolk as a leading national player in this industry at high increase.

Fayette will lead the management of all operations in the Florida East Coast region and oversee Suffolk’s ongoing projects in the region, including 475 Royal Palm Residence, Alba Palm Beach, Lightspeed Facility, Palm Beach International Airport Concourse B Expansion , La Baia, and Make-A-Wish Headquarters in South Florida, among others.
