Inside, you’ll find everything from 24-karat gold bathroom fixtures, marble floors imported from Italy, and giant chandeliers. The home is over 23,000 square feet and has three main floors. There are 8 bedrooms, 13 bathrooms and an indoor heated swimming pool.

Fontana Fitzwilson of Williams and Williams Real Estate Sale told FOX23 that everything inside the house will go with it at the next auction. She added that all of the artwork alone was worth over a million dollars.

As to why the house is now up for auction by the owner, Fitzwilson explained, “He loved this property and he now has a few businesses to focus on, so it’s time for a new owner.”

She added: “The current seller has owned it for about 10 years and it was just a love project for him, he wanted it, he was a little messy when he bought it, and he has therefore invested millions of dollars in this property.”

Fitzwilson said that in addition to a traditional home, the mansion could perhaps be used as an event venue for weddings and business retreats or even an Airbnb. According to the Mayes County appraiser, in 2021 the home was appraised at approximately $6.6 million. For more information on the auction process, Click here.
