If it’s outdoor space you’re looking for, you’ll find it at The Broadview. 2 hours and 15 minutes north of downtown Manhattan, you will be greeted by majestic mountains behind the house as you approach the 450 foot long U-shaped gravel driveway.

At 1,000 feet above sea level, the 172-year-old home sits on 8 park-like acres. A huge non-operational 103ft long chicken coop sits behind the house and a stable/barn sits at the bottom of the tree-lined hill halfway up the property. The rear 4 acres beyond the stable/barn are wooded.

The Broadview is the perfect escape to enjoy your morning coffee, afternoon tea, happy hour cocktails and meals on the covered wraparound porch while listening to the sounds of mother nature. Siesta outside in the hammock or on one of the lounge chairs. Walk to Zoom Flume Water Park or relax inside where the temperature on the first floor is constantly cool due to the porch overhang. At night, sit by the outdoor fire pit while gazing at the stars.
