The Czech Republic’s most used real estate services are now in one place
The real estate projects in which the famous Czech investor Marek Rosenbaum recently invested will now be operated under one roof.
Within a year, it expects a consolidated turnover of over CZK 1 billion and wishes to operate in five European countries within five years. Hendrik Meyer – the CEO of Bezrealitky.cz – will take the lead.
The main objective of the EHS is to create the largest and most comprehensive integrated real estate service in the V4 countries and later in the rest of Europe.
It wishes to achieve this by gradually building up a portfolio of Czech and foreign companies that will complement each other in the provision of real estate services.
“We combine real estate projects that have proven that they can work in synergy with each other. We also bring together qualified managers who have many years of experience in the Czech and European markets and share the same personal mission as EHS – to find ways to make housing more affordable and to ensure an open real estate market for owners. and people interested in housing. , Meyer explains.
EHS ‘human-centric approach will deliver seamless and accessible services, while their quality data and broad reach will create new digital experiences for clients at all ends of the real estate spectrum. “Thanks to a very high level of intervention and our own efficiency, we can afford to grow on low-margin projects,” adds Meyer. This gives EHS significant flexibility and ability to adapt to current trends, which is a rarity in today’s European market.
In addition to digital real estate service Bezrealitky and real estate service Maxima Reality, the new group includes Czech Real Estate Trust, a company that buys, renovates and sells real estate. It allows better use of existing land, more affordable housing, and can be an alternative to new construction.
In recent months, with the help of Maxima Reality and Bezrealitky, he has sold real estate for over CZK 50 million.
EHS ‘latest acquisition is the company TvůjSprávce. The company focuses on the management of apartments and their rental guarantee. Since its inception in 2015, the service has negotiated over 1,500 worry-free leases for landlords and tenants.
It manages a portfolio of 500 apartments in and around Prague, the owners of which have already been paid with more than SEK 70 million in rent.
