The ‘Nine Perfect Strangers’ complex is available on Airbnb if you want Trippy Therapy IRL
If you watch the Hulu celebrity show Nine Perfect Strangers and thinking you want to try your own mind blowing therapy, you can do it in the exact same place as Nicole Kidman!
This complex, which is a real spa called Soma and is located on the east coast of Australia, was used as the Tranquillum House for the show and is for rent on Airbnb, but it will cost you a pretty dime to stay.
With the pool, “yoga dome” and – yes – even the same dining table from the show, it’s a true mega-fan experience for you and your 15 closest Melissa-McCarthy-loving friends.
Contrary to Nine perfect strangers, visitors to this Airbnb are permitted to leave (although this is a minimum stay of four nights). Byron Bay town center is just 10 minutes away and Cape Byron – with its surfing opportunities – is 20 minutes away.
The open concept main floor overlooks the beautiful Australian hillside and guests can choose to eat at the huge dining table or in the bistro outside.
There are 10 bedrooms in total, each with a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a rainfall shower. Some have Juliet balconies while others have direct access to the terrace – you clearly get good sunset views anyway.
The resort also has its own “geodesic yoga dome”, which is featured in the show’s first episode as the scene of a major conflict. You can recreate this scene with your friends or just enjoy yoga. Your call.
The resort sits on 22 acres of Australian rainforest, with walking trails and a custom Zen garden for guests. There is also an infrared sauna and a magnesium ice bath to accompany the heated infinity pool.
You can pay extra for staff and services, including pre-stocking, massages, and one-on-one meditation classes (but probably not with Nicole Kidman). Even without, however, the resort will set you back over £ 4,595 per night (around US $ 6,300 or CA $ 8,000). At least you can share it with a lot of friends, can’t you?

Why you need to go: Up to 16 guests can share this stunning Australian rental, which comes with a bit of star power, having featured heavily in Nine complete strangers. Guests can relax by the pool, explore the Australian rainforest, relax in the “yoga-dome” for a few hours or perfectly recreate every second of the show!
