The seaside town of Essex named one of the best places to buy property
After the year we had, locked inside and not allowed overseas, a lot of people considered heading to the seaside towns across the country.
And as a result, a seaside town of Essex has been named one of the best places for real estate in the UK.
Southend-on-Sea was awarded this status by the bathroom company Showers to you , which combined things like the average house price, average Airbnb price, weather and air quality, to establish the best location for a beachfront property in the UK.
The triumph comes after Southend-on-Sea, where house prices average £ 305,000, was named the fifth best place to live in Britain.
Margate won the gold medal with an average prize of £ 237,000 and Weymouth’s silver.
