Who has time for resorts and hotels when you can just get a private lake house filled with awesome amenities and a front row seat on one of Indiana’s many beautiful lakes? We found this beautiful Indiana lakefront home rental that beats any resort, especially if you like peace and quiet (and don’t share the space with strangers). It’s located right on Big Chapman Lake, and there’s so much to do here that it’s pretty hard to decide what to do first.

The interior is modern and clean; it was recently renovated, and honestly? He looks amazing.

If you like understated elegance, you’ll love the home vibe. It’s the perfect blend of relaxation and invigoration – perfect for a weekend getaway.

Although the rental can sleep up to 10 people, there are only two bedrooms, so keep that in mind when planning your getaway.

We recommend this lake house to couples looking for a retreat or groups of friends wanting to spend about a week on the lake. It’s perfect for both occasions, although it might help the wallet a bit to share the experience with your favorite people.

It has a well equipped kitchen with everything you will need to create an amazing meal. Just add your favorite foods.

There is also a log burner with (some) wood provided, and this makes for a delightfully cozy evening.
