Looking for a reason to go on a weekend road trip? Airbnb just announced the most “hospitable” host in all of Ohio – and the property is only about a three-hour drive away.

Airbnb recently released a report ranking the most hospitable hosts in each of the 50 states, and Jennifer from Perrysburg (just outside of Toledo) and her “private guesthouse on quaint property!” were Ohio’s No.1.

The report was looking for hosts with at least 100 reviews and 100% 5-star reviews for cleanliness, check-in and communication.

Airbnb says Jennifer (whose last name they don’t publish) “had over 350 reviews at her guesthouse – never getting less than a 5-star review in those critical hospitality and safety categories “.

Apparently nine other Ohio hosts also got 5 stars in these categories, but Jennifer had the most reviews.

The description of his property reads as follows:

This little gem sits on 2 acres of beautiful land with mature trees. Our little cottage is only 500 square feet. It is therefore ideal for 2 people but can accommodate (sic) up to 4 for short trips and tired travelers. We are only 1/4 mile from WW Night Nature Preserve for morning or evening walks! We are ideally located just 3 minutes from the 75 / I80 interchange with several shops and restaurants just 1 exit! We love our military, so ask about our discount after booking!

Jennifer told Airbnb that she is a professional housekeeper and enjoys creating a comfortable environment for guests. “It gave me a lot of opportunities to serve people,” she said.

Among his recent reviews, a user named Jason said, “You know when you find a hidden gem you don’t want to tell anyone else lest it be caught the next time you want it? C ‘is this place. Easily the best AirBnB experience we have had and we will be back for sure. “

One review also mentioned that Jennifer provided guests with fresh eggs from her own chickens.

As for what’s in Perrysburg? The Visitors Bureau says, “From a farmer’s market to a historic battlefield and a scenic river to a round of golf (both traditional and Frisbee), Perrysburg has what it takes to make sure you have always something to do, unless you prefer to do nothing at all. It’s a great place to do that too. “
