That’s right, your own hidden speakeasy. Considering how expensive a night out in Montreal can be, why not skip the club line in favor of your own dance floor? Well, you and 16 of your friends can do just that, enjoying the stylish space equipped with everything needed for an unforgettable night.
Guests will have full access to the multi-level condo and its three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The unit sleeps up to 17 people (I mean… does anyone actually to know 17 people?!) and includes a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to get your Gordon Ramsay going.
Next to the kitchen is the formal living room equipped with a small sectional sofa and chairs. As you go down a level, you will find a larger living space. The space has a TV for you to relax, watch a game or endlessly scroll through Netflix.
The house has three closed bedrooms on the second level. Each room has a 65-inch TV with Netflix access, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed wrapped in cotton linens and a luxurious duvet. The second bedroom has two single beds while the third has two bunk beds, one with two single mattresses and the other with a double bed and a single bed. You will also find a laundry room with washer and dryer in the condo.
The speakeasy, hidden on the ground floor, breaks with the modern look of the rest of the condo. The sleek space is designed for nights out and small gatherings with intricate ceilings, checkerboard tiling, and brick walls that really give the room a Prohibition-Era vibe.
The speakeasy has a lounge area, a 70-inch 4K TV and of course a bar stocked with glassware, a wine fridge and an ice maker.
The real seller? This pool table! Who doesn’t love their own private pool table in their own speakeasy, amirite?
Oh, did we mention there is also a rooftop hot tub? The property includes a shared terrace with a hot tub which can be made available upon request 24 hours before your reservation. According to the listing, the hot tub may be closed in extreme weather conditions.
The space is non-smoking and does not accept animals. Check-in starts at 4:00 p.m. and check-out is at 11:00 a.m.
