This Texas ghost town is perfect for living off the grid

There’s a town not far from El Paso where you can get away from distractions. So if you need some peace and quiet in your life, be sure to get away to this little ghost town.

Almost everyone needs a break from everything they go through in life. Whether you’re having trouble in your relationship, at work, or with family, the best escape is to head to a peaceful, quiet town.

Usually, most people are able to find peace and collect their thoughts somewhere in the middle of nowhere. This perfect place to live off the grid in Texas should sound familiar.

The ghost town I’m referring to is Terlingua, Texas, which I’ve told you about before. Not long ago I mentioned a place where you can enjoy breathtaking views from an Airbnb school bus.

On top of that, the population of Terlingua, Texas is 110, which is saying a lot. After all, Terlingua, Texas is the most visited ghost town according to Capital of Texas.

Now, if you ever choose to travel to Terlingua, Texas, you can see the top things to do while visiting. You can find where to grub, stay and play by snooping around Still on the Liberty website.

But it’s definitely the best place to visit if you want to get off the grid. Plus, it’s not that far from El Paso considering it’s less than five hours away. Just scroll through some photos taken by Mick Haupt on Unsplash from Terlingua, Texas below.
