A COUPLE revealed how they built a tiny house in their backyard which they are now selling on Airbnb for £ 2,500 a month.
Steph, TikTok user, who posts under @stephinvests, shared how rental income earns double her mortgage.

She wrote on TikTok: “I built a #tinyhome in my backyard. It earns $ 3,500 (£ 2,500) / month in short-term rental income.
“It’s $ 42,000 (£ 30,000) a year.”
She showed a time-lapse video of how she created the 240-square-foot house and laid the foundation for the garden first.
They added an outdoor patio, indoor kitchen and living room, as well as a mezzanine bedroom.
After their construction, which included doing some of the work themselves and outsourcing the rest to licensed contractors, they had created a very stylish and comfortable retreat for people visiting the area.
