Will businesses near schools be able to sell CBD products in St.

WILL IT BE DECIDED?

Tonight we may have an answer to the question; How far from schools, parks, places of worship or similar businesses should sellers of CBD products and THC products be to do business?

PUBLIC HEARING TONIGHT

There will be a public hearing tonight Saint-Cloud city council meeting. The commission recommends a distance of at least 1,320 feet from schools and between establishments that sell the products, and/or 350 feet from places of worship and parks. Three sections deal with the sale of cannabinoids.

Companies already selling the products will be grandfathered if the order is approved. The city council has the right to approve the ordinance as is, make changes to the ordinance, or table the ordinance for discussion at a later date.

HOW DO YOU FEEL ABOUT THIS?

Do you have an opinion on the sale of these products near the shops mentioned in the ordinance? Maybe daycare? Movie theaters?
