The TV and film actress, who is best known as Carrie Bradshaw from ‘Sex and City’ and HBO’s ‘And Just Like That…’, will list her summer cottage on Booking.com as a weekend getaway from Friday August 26 to Sunday August 28, 2022.
The “Sarah Jessica Parker’s Hamptons Hideaway” will be available for reservation on Tuesday, August 23 at noon ET; before that, the web listing is displayed as a live preview.
The 1940s property is located in Amagansett, a hamlet in the town of East Hampton on Long Island. It can be booked for a two-night stay for two people only, with availability on a first-come, first-served basis. The fine print on the list also spells out some ground rules, including a “no-party” mandate.

The cost of this Booking.com ad is far lower than the prices you’ll find in the Hamptons. It is set at $19.98. The amount reflects Parker’s year-long breakout role as a fashion-forward writer journaling about relationships in New York City. “Sex And The City” made its television debut in June 1998.
In a Booking.com press release, Parker explained how the beach cottage rental is being prepared to accommodate the two winning guests.
“When we designed the space, our goal was to create the perfect getaway for family and friends that was comfortable [and] private and that accentuated the property’s proximity to the beach,” Parker said. “We wanted the property to really feel like a home, so we furnished it with vintage pieces we had collected over the years and made the backyard a versatile place where we could enjoy the sunsets from summer, barbecues and fun get-togethers.It was designed with love, relaxation and happy times in mind.

This three bedroom cottage in Amagansett features a path to a private beach and an expansive deck surrounded by lots of greenery amidst a very private garden.
Inside the hidden property, guests will find a closet stocked with shoes designed by Sarah Jessica Parker, a brick fireplace, and a bar stocked with craft liquors from Thomas Ashbourne. They can also help themselves to a ready-to-serve Perfect Cosmo by SJP and a charcuterie board.

Lucky guests are also encouraged to venture around Amagansett, perhaps for shopping and a bite to eat.

Affectionately known as LUNCH, The Lobster Roll offers another dining option as a retro-looking seafood shack. Or those strangers could shop at a local farm to cook a meal at the beach house.
In November 2021, Parker teamed up with Airbnb to list a stay in a recreated version of her “Sex and the City” Building in a New York brownstone. It was planned when promoting the premiere of “And Just Like That…”.
