When @tatyana.jade and her partner took a vacation to Italy, they could never have imagined the cutest kitten they would meet on their adventure. The couple found the kitten on the side of the road. He was barely moving and his eyes were closed due to an infection. They rescued him from the side of the road and took him to their Airbnb. They cleaned his eyes and started giving him food so he could regain his strength. They named him Rambo because “he’s a fighter,” the TikTok text reads.

They noticed the kitten’s eyes kept getting worse, so they took him to the pharmacy to get some medicine since the vet surgeries were closed on weekends. They gave him eye drops to hopefully help him, and even introduced him to a nearby cat named Bruno to hopefully cheer him up.
Then something unexpected happened. The following night, while driving, they found another kitten on the road! The kitten, now named Rizzo, also had an eye infection that was even worse than Rambos. They started giving them medicine and the two kittens started to feel comfortable with each other.
You won’t believe this, but they found another kitten two days later! This kitten, named Rosie, was in the worst condition of all. Finally, they were able to take all three kittens to the vet, who gave them antibiotics and said they were all likely to go blind.

The kitten’s eyes finally started to look better, and they made another appointment to hopefully get the kittens back to Canada for adoption. The vet was shocked at how well their eyes were doing and said their eyesight would most likely be saved. However, to get them all back to Canada, they needed help. They could only bring two of the kittens into the cabin, so they contacted TikTok to hopefully find someone flying to Montreal who could take the third kitten.

In response to @CONNOR HARDY nearly 5.5 million views, 10,000 comments, thousands of DMs, hundreds of emails – it’s thanks to you that we’ve made it home safely with Rambo, Rizzo and Rosie π₯Ή thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts for boosting our video. we were eventually put in touch with someone on our flight who offered to take 1 kitten, but that evening @Air Canada emailed us saying they wanted to help and were working on a solution. we ended up being able to take all 3 kittens with us to the cabin. we flew from Calabria to Rome, had a layover in Rome for 5 hours, then flew from Rome to Montreal for 9 hours. the kittens were amazing and practically slept the whole time ππΌ stay tuned for more and thanks againβ¦ we love you all π€π±
According national estimatesapproximately 6.3 million pets are abandoned and enter US animal shelters nationwide each year. In the United States only on 5.4 million cats are killed on the side of the road. If you happen to spot a cat on the side of the road, whether the animal is injured or not, safely turn on the hazard lights and pull your car completely off the road before attempting to rescue it, says the Humane Society.
