The bay is located off Albany Street Lane in the popular new town of the capital.

It is also in a secure environment car park with barrier and fob access.
But the space of a car and a half will cost you £27,500.

“Located in the popular New Town and neighboring Broughton area, the location is superb with excellent local amenities and is within walking distance of the town center and surrounding areas.”
A Redsaid the user went to the platform and shared the Move right ad for the space and said, “£27,000 for a…parking space? Did I read that right? Why the hell?”
Many were baffled by the price and compared the Scottish capital to London.
One person wrote: ‘This is crazy do they think they are in London or something?
Another said: “Welcome to Little London.”
While a third wrote: ‘Yuck. If you’re going to sell a parking space for £27,500 sweep up the leaves, clean the moss and draw a new line around it before you take the picture.’
And a fourth commented: ‘You only see a parking space, with a little work it’s a three bed student apartment or a luxury AirBnB.’
