To celebrate Songkran, Chef Chumpol Jangprai of the two-star Michelin restaurant R-Haan Thai will host the unique “Amazing Thailand Chef’s Table in Khao Yai Experience” on April 11 from 5:30 p.m. The venue is the Floating Mountain Villa, a luxurious Airbnb Superhost stay.
A fun and delicious way to kick off the Thai New Year, this is the first in a series of Chef’s Table Experiences curated by the famed ex-Iron Chef and his team in conjunction with Airbnb.
Known for using locally sourced ingredients that combine traditional Thai flavors, textures and aromas with modern preparation methods, Iron Chef Chumpol curated an eight-course Airbnb Experience menu that draws inspiration from typical flavors and ingredients. from the kitchen of Khao Yai.
For this exclusive 2.5 hour dinner, he will share with his guests his passion for local gastronomic culture and heritage and encourage Thai people to rediscover our beautiful country through new and authentic experiences.
