Deputies search for men seen on video carrying body out of Florida Airbnb – FOX13 News Memphis

DAVENPORT, Fla. — The Polk County Sheriff’s Office has released photos and video as part of a murder investigation, showing three men removing a body from a Florida home.

In the video the sheriff’s office published on YouTubethree people are seen carrying a body out of a home in Davenport, Florida on April 13. Deputies identified the victim as Xavier Antonio Johnson, 29.

Detectives said Johnson was renting the Airbnb and was killed by men who visited him in connection with a drug deal, WTSP reported. One of the men allegedly shot Johnson, WTSP mentioned. Detectives told the station their investigation showed Johnson had been selling marijuana from the house since the start of the month.

On Monday, deputies announced they had identified and arrested Justin Jenkins for first-degree murder. In a Press release Announcing the arrest, deputies said Jenkins had an extensive criminal history, including 35 prior crimes.

Investigators with the Polk County Sheriff’s Office asked anyone who might recognize the men in the video to identify them.
