At over 100 stories, Burj Binghatti will soon surpass New York’s Central Park Tower, currently the world’s tallest residential tower, towering proudly at 472m (1,550ft). The hypertower will unfold as an elegant fusion of the distinctive design languages of Jacob & Co – global luxury watch and jewelry brand – and Binghatti – one of the main real estate agents.
Renders reveal that the skyscraper takes the form of a narrow, shimmering form, culminating with a lavish, embellished crown that appears amid the clouds. Standing as a bold and pure emblem of the design philosophy of both brands, the top of the structure in particular is an iconic constructive display of Jacob & Co’s signature finely cut premium diamonds in the horizon.
