Details of the cases of 13 people who recently came to Poole Magistrates’ Court.

BOURNEMOUTH

MADELEINE KREINA PANKHURST, 51, of Palmerston Road, Bournemouth, admits that she intended to cause harassment, alarm or distress to a man, by using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behavior or disorderly behavior thereby causing that or another person harassment, alarm or distress in Christchurch Road, Bournemouth on 14 October 2021. Restraining order issued, which lasts until 3 November 2023 Pay £50 compensation and £85 costs. Also admits stealing meat, clothing and wine worth £175.10 belonging to Asda from St Paul’s Road, Bournemouth on April 19. Sentenced to 21 days in prison. Pay extra £128.

ANDREW JOHN CLARK, 26, of Granby Road, Bournemouth, admits not providing information relating to the identification of the driver of a Mercedes motor car, who was allegedly guilty of an offense after September 7 2021. Fine of £138. Pay an extra £34 and a fee of £120. Driving record approved with six points.

RHODRI STEVEN MUNRO, 39, of Curzon Road, Bournemouth, admits driving a Citroën Berlingo box at Canford Heath Road, Poole on May 21 while unfit to drive on drugs. Fine of £300. Pay extra £34. Prohibited from holding or obtaining a driver’s license for 12 months.

ARRON JOHN GRAY, aged 25, of Westover Road, Bournemouth, admits to failing to comply with the supervision requirements imposed after his release from a period of imprisonment in that, during his period of post-sentence supervision, he failed to keep in touch with his supervisor. £50 fine. Pay £30 fee.

CHURCH-CHRIST

ADAM MICHAEL COX, 30, of Barrack Road, Christchurch, admits stealing food items belonging to Asda worth £20.54 from Culliford Crescent, Poole on August 18. Conditionally released for 12 months. Pay compensation of £20.54 and an additional £26.

EAST DORSET

EDDIE O’HALLORAN, 20, of Paddocks Way, Longham, admits failing to comply with the requirements of a community order issued on June 15 by failing to show up for an office visit scheduled for July 26 and unacceptable behavior during an unpaid work session on September 23. Fine of £100. Pay £60 fee.

POOLED

LEVI CHAMBERLAIN, aged 31, of King John Avenue, Poole, admits when he is suspected of driving a vehicle and being required to provide a breath sample or samples for analysis, in connection with at an inquest into whether he had committed a Bournemouth Custody and Inquiries offense at Madeira Road, Bournemouth on October 21. Fine of £400. Pay an extra £40 and a fee of £85. Prohibited from holding or obtaining a driver’s license for 12 months.

SARAH JAY-HOPE, 49, of Gwynne Road, Poole, admits driving a motor vehicle in Wallisdown Road, Bournemouth on December 29, 2021 with 98 micrograms of alcohol in 100 milliliters of breath. Community order issued, that the defendant must follow a curfew for 18 weeks. To pay an extra £95 and a fee of £625. Prohibited from holding or obtaining a driver’s license for 36 months.

LEAH LAUREN POUND, 20, of Denmark Road, Poole, admits to stealing liquor belonging to Waitrose worth £113 from Wimborne Road, Bournemouth on August 8. Community order issued, that defendant must participate in up to 25 days of rehabilitation activity requirement. £50 fine. To pay £113 compensation, £114 surcharge and £85 costs. Also admits committing another offense while under an 18-month parole order issued March 4. Community order issued.

LOUISE CHRISTINE DUSSIAUX, 65, from Phyldon Close, Poole, admits damaging windows and a door worth £449 belonging to a woman in Christchurch on May 8. Conditionally released for two years. Restraining order made, which lasts until November 3, 2023. To pay compensation of £449, an additional £22 and costs of £85. Also admits to intending to cause harassment, alarm or distress to two people, by using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behavior or disorderly behavior, thereby causing them or another person harassment, alarm or distress. Conditional release for two years.

ORDAN LUKE ALLNER, 27, of Phyldon Road, Parkstone, admits he failed to comply with the requirements of a community order issued on November 7, 2019, by failing to attend work induction appointments unpaid on August 26 and September 16. The community ordinance has been revoked. Fine of £1,000.

KENNETH MISKELLY, 52, and Christopher Crescent, Poole, convicted of being responsible for a Ford Focus in West Quay Road, Poole on August 19 with 72 micrograms of alcohol in 100 milliliters of breath. Fine of £120. To pay an extra £48 and a fee of £300. Prohibited from holding or obtaining a driver’s license for two months.

PURBECK

ANNE HOLL, 62, of Copthall Avenue, Hawkhurst, admits driving a Ford car in Lulworth Road, Wool on October 22, 2021 at a speed of over 30mph. Fine of £100. Pay an extra £34 and a fee of £85. Driving record approved with three points.
