And while the other 110 suites can only be booked through Wylder Windham directly, the ‘Farm House’, as the name suggests, is also available for rent through Airbnb. And better than most Airbnb rentals, guests don’t have to clean before departure because it’s the best of both worlds: staying in your own property with all the conveniences of a home but also all the conveniences and hotel services.

Other amenities include a full bar and restaurant open for dinner daily and weekend brunch with a bakery open for breakfast and lunch daily. For spring and summer visitors, there is an expansive outdoor lawn with hammocks, swings, fire pits, lawn games, an oversized heated in-ground pool, and live entertainment. (The hotel is also dog-friendly, and there’s a dog park on the property for more important guests to exercise and play.)

Since opening six months ago, the hotel has already hosted several events, including weddings and multiple corporate retreats, the latter particularly during the fall conference season. For weddings, business meetings and other events, the ballroom which has a maximum capacity of 200 (although 150 would be more breathable for tables, live music etc).

Just below the ballroom is a huge game room of almost the same size, completely renovated and habitable with a pool table, foosball table, video game machines and sofas in front of a large HDTV.
