‘Jersey Shore’ Star Ronnie Ortiz-Magro Awarded Primary Physical Custody of Daughter He Shares With Ex Jenn Harley – Ashley’s Reality Roundup

“I win, Jenn! »

Jersey Shore Family Vacation star Ronnie Ortiz Magro won primary physical custody of his daughter, Ariana, following a court battle with his ex-girlfriend jenn harley.

According The suna judge ruled that four-year-old Ariana primary residence will be with Ronnie in California, while Jenn has been granted visits, which are allowed to take place in her home state of Nevada.

“This order is made knowing that Ariana will be starting school soon and needs a primary residence with a parent,” the judge ruled. “Ariana will be with her father at all times.”

According to the order, once Ariana starts school, Jen will have her every weekend (Friday night through Sunday night) of the month (except for the first weekend, which Ariana will spend with Ronnie. ) During the summer, the co-parents will alternate their time with Ariana — two weeks on and two weeks off.

The judge also specifically noted in the ruling that Jen and Ronnie were prohibited from drinking alcohol whenever they had Ariana.

Ronnie and Jenn have also been granted joint legal custody of their daughter, and in the event of a disagreement, Ronnie will have “the deciding authority after making a good faith effort to meet and confer”.

As “Jersey Shore” fans know, Ronnie and Jenn are no strangers to disagreements. In the summer of 2018, Jenn was arrested for domestic violence for allegedly hitting and dragging Ronnie with her car. On New Year’s Eve of the same year, she allegedly threw an ashtray at Ronnie, leading to his arrest in May 2019 on an outstanding domestic violence warrant. (Jenn was cleared of the charge in July 2019.)

“It’s a shame people don’t talk about the good times we had…the three of us.”

Things also got physical between the tumultuous couple in October 2019, when Ronnie was arrested for assaulting Jenn at an Airbnb the couple rented in Los Angeles. Ronnie finally accepted a plea deal in May 2020 which kept him out of jail.

Meanwhile, Jenn was arrested again in June 2021 for domestic battery and assault with a deadly weapon, although Ronnie was not the victim in this incident, as he was in California at the time with his then-girlfriend Saffire Matos. In fact, Ronnie proposed the same day Jenn was arrested; however, the couple ended their relationship (and engagement) in July 2022.

It was rumored that Ronnie and Saffire first separated in April 2021 after Ronnie was arrested for domestic violence in Los Angeles. While Saffire was allegedly the victim of the incident, she later took to social media, seemingly downplaying what happened, insisting that she and Ronnie were “fine”. (The charges were later dropped.)

Ronnie moved away from ‘Jersey Shore’ in May 2021 to ‘seek medical treatment for mental health issues’ which he had ‘ignored for too long’.

“My number one goal now is to deal with my difficulties,” he said at the time. “This process will be difficult, but my number one priority is to get my health back and be the best man and father I can be for my daughter.”
