The city of Malaga has been chosen by Vogue magazine as one of the 12 best destinations in the world to travel to in 2023.
Malaga is the only Spanish location on this list, which also includes Guatemala, Canadian Yukon Territory, the Arctic, Benguerra Island in Mozambique, Basilicata in Italy, JapanEdinburgh in Scotland, the Douro Valley in Portugal, Singapore, Chilean Patagonia and Rome in Italy.
Vogue pointed out that Malaga is one of the most searched cities by Airbnb users. He also pointed out that over the past decade the city “has experienced a cultural renaissance” that has transformed it into a living cultural center “on the beautiful Costa del Sol‘.
“Several new museums have opened there, including the Center Pompidou, a treasure of modern art housed in a multicolored glass cube,” explains Vogue. The prestigious publication went on to highlight its “incredible street art, with colorful murals covering entire neighborhoods”, as reported malagahoy.es.
