NOMAD Hotels Group opens its first co-living channel for digital nomads in Peru

The first The chain of “home-boutique” hotels in Peru is called NOMAD Hotels Group. The channel is aimed at digital nomads and is based on the idea of ​​coliving, which pervades the whole concept.

In December 2022, NOMAD Hotels Group will open its first 18-room hotel in the city of Arequipa under the Nomad Urban brand. A 250-room hotel in Lima, a second 50-room hotel in Oxapampa and an 80-room hotel in Zorritos are among the other projects currently in the planning phase and expected to be completed within the next three years.

Christopher Ramos adds, “We are working tirelessly and hard at the moment, opening our first property in the beautiful white city of Arequipa. Moreover, in communion with external investments and our own resources, we have a fund of more than US$150 million to execute 04 projects in Peru over the next 3 years, and we plan to open 10 more properties over the next 5 years.”

NOMAD has partnered with the INDIGO brand to create a gastronomic offer led by celebrity chef Enrique Paredes. The idea is to ‘cook with freedom’, using a variety of local products that contribute to sustainability as the basis of their traditional recipes.

NOMAD set out to develop its hotel, restaurant and bar brands internationally. Indigo restaurants in Miami, New York and Barcelona will be the first to implement the concept. Additionally, the Nomad Tribe and Nomad Urban projects will be built in Portugal, New York, Miami and Orlando respectively.
