designed in a Scandinavian aesthetic
everything my cabins are designed in a minimal Scandinavian aesthetic, with pine wood frames and exposed wood interiors. spruce clad exteriors can also be stained to suit customer requirements.
The houses feature high quality vapor and diffusion film insulation designed to withstand the harsh weather conditions in Latvia. moreover, there are several heating options such as electric radiators, electric heated floors or wood furnaces. the structures take about two months to build in their basic form. although they can be linked together, the width, height or slope of the building cannot be increased.
my milla, my calmus, my galia
the first cabin, ‘my milla’ occupies a plan of 27 m² and accommodates a living space, a small functional kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom nestled on the mezzanine – its price starts from 28,750 euros. ‘my calmus’ covers approximately 15m² and is mainly used as a workspace, with a price of 17,950 euros. and finally, ‘my galia’ takes the form of a 9 m² sauna at 15,950 euros. the price includes the foundations, the industrial preparation of the house and the installation within the terms of the contract.
