Seth Rogen is offering the chance to hang out with him at his Airbnb for $42

(CNN) – Seth Rogen invites lucky people.

The actor rents his space in Los Angeles where he will be creative on Airbnb.

“If you’re reading this, you’re considering booking a night at the houseplant-inspired retreat. What makes it a houseplant, you might be wondering?” a note from Rogen reads on Airbnb. “Well, it’s got some of our favorite housewares in it (even a pre-release copy of our NEW Vol 2 vinyl box set!). The mid-century style and LA views have a distinct houseplant feel to them, too. And there’s the fact that I’ll be there to welcome you, which, given that I’m the founder, adds to the Houseplant-ness.”

According to the publication, the retreat is a “mid-century modern space is an ideal getaway if you’re looking for inspiration, or just for a good shot. There’s also a potter’s wheel there.”

Rogen offers to throw pottery with the tenant, writing “I’m a very good teacher!” and there’s the promise of a well-stocked fridge.

All for just $42 a night.

The space is only available for three one-night stays on February 15, 16, and 17. Anyone who wants to reserve it will have the opportunity when Airbnb opens reservations for the space at 1 p.m. ET on February 7.
