Whenever celebrities allow their fans to peek into their lives or hang out with them, it usually takes the form of a dinner party or a general get-together. In the digital age where anything is possible with online services, DJ Khaled offers two lucky fans the chance to stay in a decorated Airbnb living room that includes a replica of his own sneaker closet.
According to New York Post, the hip-hop mogul invites fans to an exclusive stay at a recreation of his legendary Miami sneaker closet, bookable on Airbnb. Sneakerheads, fans and people looking for a sunny getaway can book two one-night stays, December 5 and 6, for two people each at just $11 (Rs 900) per night.
“They can request to book stays starting Nov. 29. Guests are responsible for their own travel to and from Miami,” the outlet reported.
The hospitality company posted the opportunity on social media platform Instagram with a caption that read, “DJ Khaled’s legendary sneaker collection is now on Airbnb. Come spend some time in sunny Miami , walk away with an exclusive pair of Air Jordan 5s from @djkhaled’s Us Best Collection.”
According to TMZ, the house has all the bells and whistles, including an outdoor lounge area and the obligatory pool. The best part is that it’s loaded down with some of Khaled’s most prized possessions – sneakers. Whoever gets the keys can sleep in sneaker heaven. Khaled has recreated his legendary sneaker closet, and it features a ton of his personal kicks, but not all of them; it has over 10,000 pairs.
