Susan Boyle’s West Lothian neighbor gives a glimpse of her terraced house

In a brand new season of BBC One’s This is MY House, four people claim to live next door to West Lothian Britain’s Got Talent icon, Susan Boyle, but only one is honest.

The blurb for This is MY House reads: “Pretend you’re at home. Four people, three scams, one house. Can celebrity sleuths snoop around and find out the real owner?”

In the third episode of this interesting show, judges Kiri Pritchard-McLean, Scarlett Moffatt, Richard Madeley and Judi Love visit Stephen Babatunde’s home in West Lothian.

The real owner and three impostor Stephens show us around his three-bedroom terraced house, and we learn that the real Stephen has a particularly famous neighbor – Susan Boyle (or SuBo to his friends).

The real Stephen owns a lime green lounge chair and keeps baked beans in the back of his car.

A trip to the local rec center for a game of tennis ends with the Stephens inventing a new game in an attempt to prove who the real owner is.

A barbecue at a local beauty spot in front of Stephen’s true friends and family means impostors have to say how much they love and respect people they’ve never met, but will a freezer full of mackerel give at the panel of clues about the identity of the real Stéphane?

It’s up to the celebrity panel to play detective, sorting out the truth from the chaff from the lies.

The player chosen by the panel will win a cash prize, so it’s in the imposters’ interest to stay as convincing as possible.

At the end of the show, the real Stephen is revealed and the panel finds out whether or not they were tricked.

The West Lothian episode drops Friday June 24 at 8.30pm on BBC One – can you find out who the real Stephen is in front of the judges?
