The best restaurants from all continents revealed by the World Culinary Awards 2022

Attention foodies: the winners of the Global Culinary Awards 2022 just announced, providing tons of inspiration for your next year of eating and drinking!

This year, winning the “Best Restaurant in the World” award was Maita, a Michelin-starred establishment in the Peruvian capital of Lima. Known for its tasting menus that feature contemporary takes on traditional Peruvian cuisine, Mayta is also incredibly sustainable. Naturally, Mayta also won the title of “Best Restaurant in Latin America”.

But what were the other top restaurants at this year’s WCAs? Well, the awards recognize the best restaurants from each continent. Here are the results.
