The James Bond Creator’s House is available for rent on AirBnB
Located in Oracabessa, Jamaica, Fleming Villa is the area where Ian Fleming spent his time working on the epic novels that inspired the many James Bond films we’ve seen over the years.
And now it’s available for rent on Airbnb.
Although the villa is no longer in Fleming’s estate, it still has a lot of Bond-related history.
The list reads: “This bohemian-chic villa sits along the iconic waterfront of the Golden Eye Resort. Relax in a hammock suspended between the trees, float on the shallow waters of the pool, and end a day in the sun with an outdoor soak in the clawfoot tub.
The tub is outside on a wooden deck (so no need to worry about slipping) and surrounded by trees and flowers, to ensure you are extremely relaxed.
There are five bedrooms in the villa, spread over three buildings, three of which are in the main house.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom and an outdoor shower. All bedrooms in the main house have an outdoor bath.
A separate bedroom in the poolhouse offers a king-size bed, an outdoor rain shower and a private terrace, where you can enjoy your shaken, not stirred martinis.
The final bedroom is in the ‘sweet spot cottage’, at the back of the other buildings, with a king-size bed, outdoor rain shower and private balcony.
Even if it had nothing to do with James Bond, it would be a wonderful villa to stay with friends or family.
While staying at Fleming Villa, guests can enjoy tennis courts, yoga studio and water sports equipment at Golden Eye Resort. In addition, the villa has a private butler and a personal chef to cook for up to 12 people.
Allowed to kill? More like a license to relax – you can book your luxury stay through Airbnb, if you wish.
If you don’t like to travel, you can always watch the movie.
No Time To Die, the 25th installment in the James Bond franchise was released earlier this month after long delays due to Covid-19. This is Daniel Craig’s last outing as an iconic super spy, with a new Bond yet to be announced.
