The world’s longest narrow-body routes by aircraft type
More and more airlines have opted for long-haul narrow-body flights. It is seen on my recent JetBlue A321LR flight across the Atlantic. The Airbus A321neo, including LR and Boeing 737 MAX aircraft, is already widely used for long-haul narrow-body flights.
Long-haul narrow-body flights generally have lower costs per trip than wide-body aircraft. They are easier to fill in low season and can operate from secondary or tertiary cities where demand is limited.
In this article, we share the longest non-stop flights in the world operated by narrow-body aircraft from Airbus and Boeing.
