TMZ reports that people who want to travel to Middle-earth cannot rent Bilbo Baggins’ house in the movies.

The original village of Hobbiton in the the Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit the trilogies have just been listed on Airbnb.
The sets are located on the filming location in the Waikato region of New Zealand.
There are 2,500 acres of green hill pastures in the area and guests can rent the room for NZ$10 a night.
“Lucky guests will have private access to their very own Hobbit Hole… and can enjoy an evening feast at the Green Dragon Inn, their own second breakfast, daily refreshments and a private behind-the-scenes tour of the set” , TMZ reports.
The sets operate as a touring facility throughout the year.
Aspiring hobbits, elves and wizards can book their stay on Airbnb from December 13.
