Who was Raymond Smith?
Raymond Lamont Smith, was born in 1957 and was only 33 years old at the time of his death.
Also known as “Ricky Beeks”, Raymond was a sex worker and little is known about him.
He left behind a 10-year-old daughter after he was brutally murdered.
What happened to Raymond Smith?
The Milwaukee Monster Jeffrey Dahmer had been released from prison for second-degree sexual assault and, with his freedom regained, left his grandmother’s house to move to a new apartment.
Within a week, on May 20, 1990, Dahmer met Mr. Smith and lured him to his apartment in 213 Apartments in Oxford25th Street North.
He offered her $50 in exchange for sex and once inside the property he spiked the sex worker’s drink with sleeping pills.
It is reported that the cause of Mr. Smith’s death was strangulation and Dahmer then performed sexual acts with the corpse.
According to police reports, the victim’s corpse was also dismembered and decapitated because Dahmer wanted to paint the skull gray.
This was later found in his fridge.
Dahmer wished to expose the rest of the bones around his apartment as ornaments and cleaned them using an acid tank.
Polaroids were also taken by the serial killer which show the victim’s corpse in disturbing and suggestive positions.

His first victim was 18 Steven Hicks, who was lured into Dahmer’s car and driven home with the promise of booze.
When Hicks wanted to leave, Dahmer bludgeoned him with a 10-pound dumbbell and later confessed to hitting him twice from behind while he was sitting in a chair.
This knocked Hicks out and Dahmer used the barbell to choke him to death.
Dahmer used the body to perform a sexual act and the corpse was dissected in the basement to be buried in the back garden.
However, later it was dug up and dissolved in acid and the killer crushed the bones with a hammer and threw them in the woods behind the family home.
His last victim was Joseph Bradehoft, 25, before he was finally caught and arrested in 1991.
